Gempachi Mifune is an NPC of Bot City. Flirtatious, proud, and chill, he was selected to participate in the fourth killing game under the title of "SHSL Mixologist." He is very skilled at mixing drinks and uses his skills to impress women. He was the second victim.
He is a flirt who acts very casually around women. During the killing game, he realized that he was in love with Koan.
